This policy explains how Nomad Accounting by JLW, a JLW Business Advisors, LLC website, handles information collected through this site.
Consultation inquiries
When you request a consultation, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, optional contact information, and an overview of the help you need. The nomad and expat form also asks where you are based and, optionally, where you plan to go. We use this information to respond, arrange a conversation, and evaluate the appropriate service scope.
Newsletter preferences
If you subscribe, we record your email address, the audience you selected, and your consent. Business finance and nomad/expat preferences are kept separate. To change your preference or unsubscribe, contact staff@jlwbusinessadvisors.com.
How information is handled
Inquiries and newsletter preferences are stored in the website database and available to authorized JLW administrators. Notifications are sent to JLW through its existing IONOS email service. Consultation inquiries are handled by email and are not submitted to a CRM.
Website operation
Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Form protection uses a temporary, hashed identifier derived from the requesting IP address to limit repeated submissions. Administrator login cookies support website management. Any additional analytics, engagement tracking, or marketing cookies will be described here when enabled.

Your requests
